With the negativity of the UK once again being forced into national lockdown, I’m pleased to say it has been a positive start for us as we break into 2021 and we wanted to share the news.⠀⠀
Bartech Parts have been awarded an order to supply two sets of major overhaul spares for a pair of Detroit Diesel 8V92 engines in a vessel overseas.⠀

We also helped another customer with sourcing fuel injectors and a complete set of engine sensors for their Caterpillar C18 engine.⠀
⠀
Something outside of our normal scope (but we were more than happy to help with) was when one of our good customers approached us asking for assistance with locating a suitable battery charger for one of their vessels.
With the type currently fitted being on a 6/8 week lead time, we have ordered up a suitable alternative Victron unit that will be with them in 5 days.⠀
This will be sent directly to their electrician for fitting.⠀
