Last week an overseas operator got in contact, desperately seeking a replacement heat exchanger tubestack for his Perkins M30 engine.
When we contacted our Perkins supplier, we understood why, as these are no longer available from the engine manufacturer. So we put into action plan B.
After looking through our extensive network of contacts and suppliers, with a bit of additional research, we found a company in America who still manufactures the tubestacks and complete assemblies with the exhaust manifold.
The timescales and pricing were accepted by the operator and I’m proud to say they have arrived in our workshop, passing the QA inspections before they head out.
We can’t always guarantee these results but as a company thinking outside the box and trying to locate the parts you need is what we do best.

I am looking for a tubestack for my Volvo penta MD2030B
As far as I know it is similar to the tubestack for a Perkins M30 marine diesel
It looks like the smallest one on your photo. Diameter is 60mm en length 400mm
Can you find this ?
